How to Create an Account in MaviBot
On the mavibot.ai website, go to the registration page.

There are two login options available: one for accessing the MaviBot builder and another for student accounts (for users of your courses and participants of broadcasts created in MaviBot).
To create an account for building chatbots, working with CRM, using the website builder, online courses, and all other available features.

You can register using your email or log in via social networks such as Facebook and Apple ID.
Main Sections of the Account
After registration, you’ll see the main sections designed for a smooth and convenient experience in MaviBot.

Your possibilities:
In the "Projects" section, you can create as many projects as needed, tailored to the specific needs of your business.
Using email domains, you can connect and run campaigns to your client email lists.
We’ll also help you stay on top of every important event in your projects through the "Notification Settings" section.
If you want to take engaging courses and level up your skills, make use of the "Log in as a Student" feature: the course catalog includes valuable programs from experts — perfect for both beginners and experienced developers.
Projects
To create a project, click the Create Project button in your personal account.

Fill in the Project Name. This name is visible only to you and the team members who are granted access to the project.

If needed, change the time zone.
If you have a promo code, it can only be entered when creating a project.
Projects can be created from templates and organized into folders for easier management.
Click the Done button to complete the setup.
Please note! Payment is charged per project, not per account. You can have any number of projects within one account, but only paid projects will be active!
How to Find the Project ID
When contacting technical support or in other necessary situations, you may need your project ID. For example, support staff might request it to visually review an issue in your builder workflow or to point out areas you should focus on when developing a web tool.
You can find the project ID in the "Projects" section of your personal account.

In the "Projects" section of your personal account, you’ll see the projects you’ve created. The project ID is located on the project’s information tile.

The project ID is also displayed in the address bar.
To avoid navigating to the “Projects” section every time you need the project ID, you can simply click on your browser’s address bar.
The project ID can be found directly in the URL.

The project ID in the address bar can be viewed from any section of MaviBot within the project.
Email Domains
An email domain is the part of an email address that comes after the "@" symbol.

For example, in the address [email protected], the domain is mavibot.ai. An email domain plays several important roles:
Organizational Identification: An email domain clearly identifies the company or organization the email belongs to. For instance, using the domain
@mavibot.aiindicates that the email is sent on behalf of the company MaviBot.Corporate Email Accounts: An email domain allows the company to create personalized and professional email addresses for employees (e.g.,
[email protected]), helping maintain a consistent corporate style and professional image.Marketing & Trust: Emails sent from a corporate domain are generally perceived as more trustworthy by clients and partners compared to emails sent from public services like Gmail or Yandex.
Filtering & Security: The domain helps the recipient’s mail server identify the sender, reducing the chance that emails from your organization are marked as spam.
Internal Email Management: A mail domain allows for the creation and management of multiple internal email accounts, streamlining communication and centralized administration.
Thus, an email domain helps maintain a professional image, enhances security, and enables simplified management of employee mailboxes.
