Getting started with the Mavibot App

Logging in to the App
After installing the app on your mobile device, you’ll need to log in. Sign in to your existing MaviBot account using your email address or a social media account.
If you use the iOS app, you can also sign in with your Apple iCloud account.

Your data is protected by two-factor authentication.
You can enable two-factor authentication in the app. Once enabled, the app will prompt you to enter a verification code from the messenger you selected for two-factor authentication.
The "Profile" section will open after successful login. When you select a default project, the "Clients" tab will appear.

Enabling two-Factor authentication (authorization)
Step-by-step guide to enabling two-factor authentication in the MaviBot app
Step 1. Go to the Profile section. In the top right corner below your avatar, tap the menu button (three dots). A popup menu will appear. Tap "Edit".
Step 2. At the bottom of the window that opens, find the Security settings. Enable the toggle for "Enable two-factor authentication". You will see buttons to select channels and set the default messenger where the verification code will be sent.
Step 3. Choose the messenger(s) for authentication.
You can select one or multiple channels. This is where login notifications and verification codes for authentication will be sent.
When connecting Telegram, you will be redirected to the official MaviBot.ai bot, where you need to press "Start". You will receive a message from the bot saying, "Account successfully linked to Mavibot."
From that moment, your data is protected by two-factor authentication. Notifications about new logins—including IP address, location, and login time—will be sent to this chat with the official MaviBot bot.

Let’s review the main sections of a dialog and the app’s available features.
As an example, select a random dialog from the list: clicking it will open the chat with the client saved in the project.
Let’s take a closer look at each tab and button within the dialog:

Mailings
This section corresponds to the "Mailings" section in the web version of the builder:

The app now supports creating mailings via messengers and email (if the channel is connected). To create a new mailing, tap the blue "+" icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
The mailing setup menu will open.
The mailing creation form has three tabs: Recipients, Message, and Sending.
On the Recipients tab, you can select your audience. If no filters are set, the mailing will be sent to all subscribers. Here, you can specify filter types, Mavibot CRM statuses, exclude unsubscribed users, and more.
The "Message" tab allows you to edit the text, add attachments, buttons, and other elements.
The "Sending" tab lets you schedule the mailing or send it immediately, as well as split it into multiple parts.
You can configure mailings just like you do on the MaviBot platform using a laptop or desktop computer.
See the article "Mailings in messengers" for more details on mailing settings. ссылка
Click the "Preview" button to review your mailing settings before sending.
Courses
Course editing for authors is available both on the official MaviBot website and through the mobile app.
Additionally, your students can take their courses using their smartphones.
In this section, you can view the courses already created within the project, as well as edit them and add new lesson materials.
To edit the main course settings, click the blue button labeled accordingly. There you can:
Change the course title and description
Apply text formatting options similar to those available on the MaviBot platform via laptop or desktop
choose other settings:
Payment system selection: The app allows you to choose payment via the bot or through Wallet pay/Allpay/Wayforpay/Stripe/Paypal/INXY payments/Coinpayments.
Using "Hide labels", you can hide the Mavibot label if needed.
When you enable the "Cover settings" toggle, you can align the cover image by adjusting its height and the top and bottom margins (numeric values can be entered in the fields).
If you want to use your own logo, enable the "Custom header logo" toggle. In the URL field, enter the link to the logo file you want to display or upload an image file directly.
If you want to prevent your original course text from being copied, enable the "Disable text copying" toggle.
To display navigation buttons, use the "Show lesson navigation buttons" toggle.
To show a preview image in the student’s course list, enable the corresponding toggle and upload an image either by file or via a URL.
Customizing the student dashboard appearance
The settings in this window are self-explanatory: here you can configure how the course will be displayed to your students.
Here you can upload a cover image for the course, choose a background color, and customize navigation buttons—for example, linking to a welcome video from the course authors.
As mentioned earlier, the mobile app allows you not only to edit the main course settings but also to add new training materials and set or edit pricing plans.
At the top of your smartphone screen, you’ll see a field with the section name: expand this field and navigate to the settings for the course element you want to edit.
Swipe right for quick navigation.
You can apply settings similar to those available on the MaviBot platform for desktop and laptop computers to each course section—whether plans, student chats, or others.
To add a new plan, module, lesson, or edit an existing one, navigate to the corresponding section. There, you’ll see the current plans, modules, and lessons in your course and be able to apply new settings.
Broadcasts
The "Broadcasts" tab allows you to add new live broadcasts or automated webinars to your project, as well as edit existing ones.
You can select the type (live or automated webinar), set the title, date, and time, and apply other settings when adding a new broadcast or webinar:
In addition to configuring the broadcast through the mobile app, you can also manage the room settings during a live broadcast.
To do this, go to the Room settings tab, where you can enter the host’s name and upload their avatar if needed. You can also set up and customize buttons that link to the desired pages or videos for your students.
Banner, chat, and script settings are also available.

Use the toggles to configure convenient online broadcast settings and, if needed, display your course plans.
Analytics
The "Analytics" section has two tabs: Dashboards and Clients. You can view analytics for any time period, including a custom range selected on the calendar.
The "Dashboards" tab includes:
Clients
Clients by Channels
Requests
Messages Sent
Messages Received
Unsubscribed from Messages
You can delete clients who have unsubscribed from the bot in this section.
The "Clients" tab includes:
Clients: the number of clients by day. You can set filters by parameters to get analytics for clients with specific attributes.
Variable tracking: For the selected variable, three parameters are tracked — total clients with this variable; of those, how many are subscribed to the bot, and how many have unsubscribed.
