Project security and access
When working with projects, do not share your login information with third parties*.
If you share your username and password with other people, you may lose your account, as you provide full access to the project yourself, including changing the project's email address and password.
And in this case, you will lose access to all your projects.
MaviBot is not responsible for the security of your account in case of transfer of login data to third parties*.
Please note!
MaviBot doesn’t recommend:
perform work and/or make changes in one section of the same project SIMULTANEOUSLY from multiple devices from one or more accounts.
transfer usernames and passwords to third parties* to make changes to the project (so that the technician you hired or another person can make changes to the project, you must create roles and assign permissions and access rights to the roles).
When making changes to the logic (scheme) of the chatbot, website, and other sections of the project, PRIOR to making changes, it is necessary to create backup copies of the project in order to avoid incorrect settings or errors when working with the project, as well as in case a person clicks on deleting the chatbot scheme or funnel block sheets.
It is available to protect your account in the Sailbot with two-factor authentication.
We strongly recommend that you do not neglect the security of your project.
*Third parties — any persons who are NOT account owners.
For our part, we have worked on authorization and two-factor authentication in messengers. The registration and security of customer data is at a high level. But we cannot be responsible for your actions. Please do not share the login ID pair with anyone.
When you add an employee to a project, study how roles work in MaviBot, as they have very flexible settings.
Please note that if you grant Administrator access to the project, then this role has the maximum set of rights, including removing other administrators from the project and deleting the project. To avoid losing the project and access to it, keep backups of projects before adding employees, and add employees themselves to roles with restrictions.
You can configure your role and allow access only to the sections where the employee will be employed. Please use these recommendations in your work - this way you will feel comfortable and you will not encounter unpleasant situations.
Set up two-factor authentication
Go to your Profile settings - Security:

Turn on the switch "Enable two-factor authentication".
Buttons will appear to select channels and install a messenger for authorization, which will receive the default code.

You can select one or more channels to receive account login alerts and verification codes for two-factor authentication.
When connecting Telegram, you'll be redirected to the official MaviBot.ai bot. Click "Run" ("Start") to activate it. You’ll receive a message saying: "Your account has been successfully linked to MaviBot."
From that moment on, your data will be protected by two-factor authentication. You’ll receive login notifications that include the IP address, location, and login date.
After creating your account, please confirm your email address. If you don’t confirm it, your account will be blocked and can only be accessed after it’s unlocked.

MaviBot will remind you to confirm your email with a notification at the top of the page, showing how many days remain before your account is blocked.
The confirmation email is sent to the address you used to register. To confirm your account, simply click the link in the email.
