Instagram automation
We created a smart Instagram automation system that reacts to user engagement on your posts and stories — no manual work required.

Event handling—such as comments or story replies—can now be configured through an intuitive interface without creating separate function or method blocks. This reduces the number of logic chains and minimizes the risk of errors during scaling.
Settings
Hover over the Builder in the left menu

A dropdown menu will appear — navigate to the Instagram section.
If the channel hasn’t been connected yet, you’ll see a button to connect the integration.
After connecting the integration, return to the section and click Add automation

In the automation creation tab, you can set up auto-replies to comments under posts or to replies on stories

You can choose where to configure the social media automation — for all accounts or for a specific one

Next, select the type of auto-reply:
Auto-reply in Direct — to automate responses when a client messages you in Direct;
Auto-reply to comments — to automatically send Direct responses to clients who comment on your posts;
Auto-reply to story reaction — to automate responses to messages clients send via your stories

Pay attention!
Within a single automation, you can configure only one type of reaction to user interactions on your account — either a direct message reply, a comment reply, or a story reply.
After setting up one reaction type, simply click Save, then go to the section and click Add automation again to set up another type of auto-reply.
Auto-reply in Direct
If a client sends you a message in Direct, you can set up an auto-reply that sends a message back to the client — including a button, link, or image

Bot Reaction Settings
Bot reaction settings allow you to define a trigger that activates the bot. A trigger can be anything — for example, a specific word or phrase

If you select Trigger to specific words and enter keywords in the field, the bot will send an auto-reply only to those specified words and ignore all others.
The words or phrases that trigger the bot need be separated by semicolons

If you select Trigger to all words/phrases, the bot will send an auto-reply to any message users send you in Direct

Add action
Чтобы добавить клиента в список или присвоить ему метку (либо удалить из списка и метку), нажмите "+ добавить действие" в настройках реакции

Next select an action

And select a list (tag)

В зависимости от действия (добавить / удалить), ваш клиент будет добавлен в список или удален из него (аналогично с метками), если напишет вам в директ.
Direct auto-reply settings
After configuring the bot reaction (adding trigger words/phrases, etc.), you need to set up the message that will be automatically sent to the client as a response

A message with a button link is required:
Here you can optionally add an image to be sent to your client, and you also need to enter the message text.
To add a button with a link, click Add link

Then, fill in the button text and specify the URL.
Important!
At the moment, the option to delete a button is not available.
You can also set up a message with a simple button. To do this, enable the checkbox
This message will be sent before the message containing the button with a link.
You can see an example of how the bot works on the preview screen to the right

Then click Save to avoid losing your settings:

Auto-reply to comments under post
To set up automatic replies to comments under posts, select Auto-reply to comments under post in the automation settings.

Next, choose the specific post whose comments you want to respond to automatically.

Alternatively, check the box Auto-reply to all posts to enable automatic comment replies across all your posts.

If you select Trigger to specific words and enter keywords in the field, the bot will send an auto-reply only to those specified words and ignore all others.
The words or phrases that trigger the bot need be separated by semicolons.

If you select “React to all words/phrases”, the bot will send an auto-reply to any comment posted by users.

How to add an action
The "Add actions" settings for post comments are similar to the "Add action" settings in the section above.
Auto-reply settings
You can reply to comments under posts either with a comment or with a direct message (or both).

Detailed instructions on how to configure direct message replies to comments can be found in the section above.
To set up an auto-reply as a comment, enable the Reply as a comment toggle.

You’ll then see fields where you can enter the text for your auto-replies under posts.

You can add between one and four comments, which will be randomly posted in response to your clients' comments on your account.
After setting up the auto-replies for posts, don’t forget to click Save in the top-right corner.

Auto-reply to story messages
To set up auto-replies to story messages, select Auto-reply to story reactions:

Next, choose a specific story or select All stories to enable auto-replies for all of them:
