How to create a chatbot for Instagram
You need to click the "Switch to professional account" button

Go to settings in the menu on the left (if you are using a PC) or settings in the upper-right corner (if you are using a phone)
The account type needs to be changed to BUSINESS. If you have an "Author's account", then the integration will NOT work. It works only in the "Business".
Next, verify your details and fill them in if required.
Then, wait up to 30 seconds for your account to switch—setup will then be complete. After the switch, you'll see a notification confirming that professional tools are now available. You can review the suggested 8 steps or simply close the settings.
Once you've switched to a business account, your profile will reflect this change:

​​How to connect your account to MaviBot
To connect your Instagram account to MaviBot, you first need to prepare your account by switching it to a professional one (as described above).
Next, go to the Messenger section in MaviBot:

Then find the Instagram bar to connect to MaviBot:

You will see a modal window that looks like this:

Next, you just need to click on the "Login" button to go directly to the official website of the social network and enter your username and password:

You only need to grant permission to connect your Account to MaviBot. A notification will confirm if the connection is successful.
The API does not have access to Instagram accounts that are not business accounts.
Before connecting the chatbot to Instagram, you must switch your account to a business type.
The account must be a business account, not a creator account!
If you have configured everything according to the instructions but the bot is still not working, check the connection settings within the Instagram account itself: Settings > Privacy > Messages.
There, you need to enable the "Allow access to messages" slider at the bottom.
