Data collection form
This block allows you to add a form for collecting data, for example, phone number, name, answers to questions, etc., and set buttons to go to messengers in the chatbot.
You can easily set the appearance of the messenger buttons using the standard settings of the buttons in this block.

How to create a Form for collecting applications
During adding a form, three types of data collection fields are created at once due to the preset settings in the form:
1) Name;
2) Email;
3) Mobile number.

If you need to add other questions to the form, click the "Add more question" button:

The Question and Variable fields are required and are marked with *.

To go to the question settings, click on the arrow on the question bar:

Then you will see the expanded settings for the question:

Required question switch
The question can be made required. In this case, there will be no transition to messengers until the user enters the value. To do this, activate the Required Question checkbox:

You can delete a question by clicking on the trash icon next to the Required question radio button:

Add more question button
If you need to ask multiple questions in one form, you can add questions by clicking on the Add more Question button.
During clicking on the Ask Questions button, the default form opens with the Drop-down list field type. Then you can change it to any of the available ones.
Field type. You can choose one of the available question options:
Drop-down list - the list of answers will be displayed as a field with a list
Multiple choice - the answer may contain multiple options - multiple choice from the list of possible answers
Selecting one option - only one answer can be selected from the list of possible answers.
A text field - is a field in which the client must enter the value himself.
The following types of fields can be used in the form only once for real minelending:
Name
Email
Mobile phone
If the question is marked as required question, the client will not be able to close the form without answering this question.
field type Drop-down list
In this question, the possible answers are hidden in the drop-down menu. Clicking on the field opens a menu with answer options. You can add a new answer by clicking on the Add Answer button.
This feature also provides the ability to add "Your answer" to the question "Choosing one of the options" - this will allow you to receive from clients not only answers in the prescribed form, but also to learn new options that users could come up with.
In the Variable field, specify the name of the variable, taking into account the recommendations for their creation. The response will be saved to a variable and passed to the bot.

You can select this type if the user needs to provide a free-form answer.

In this question, the user can choose either one or several possible answers. The mini landing page displays all the answers at once. Next to them are square checkboxes for selection. You can add a new answer by clicking on the + Add Answer button.

field type: Name
The user's name is entered in this field. During switching to the bot, the name from the site will be written to the client variable name_from_ml

Inscription. If you do not fill in this field, the default Name will be indicated above the number input field. You can enter your descriptions in order for the user to enter their details.
How is the client's name displayed on the website?:

field type: Email
The user's email address is recorded in this field. When switching to the bot, the name from the site will be written to the client variable email

How is the received data displayed in the bot during navigating from a mini landing page:

field type: Mobile phone
The user's phone number is recorded in this field. During switching to the bot, the user's phone number from the site will be recorded in the client variable phone

There are additional settings on the mini landing page.
Custom phones. You can specify which country codes to show for selection during entering a phone number.

The default country code is +7 Russia. in this field, you can change this code to another country if necessary.
The Country code Detection by IP address switch.

During turning on the "Country code detection by IP address" switch, the country code is determined automatically by the phone number from the ip database (field 1 on the screenshot, "Custom phones"). If the country code is not found, then the code specified in the "Default country Code" field (field 2 in the screenshot above) is entered.
Thus, if you specify, for example, Kazakhstan in the "Custom phones" field and enable automatic detection of the country code by ip address, then the code will first be searched by phone number from the Custom Phones (ip addresses) database. If the number is found, the country code will be taken from the phone number, otherwise from the "Default country code" field, i.e. The default country code.
Inscription. If you do not fill in this field, the default Phone number will be indicated above the number input field. You can enter your descriptions in order for the user to enter their phone number.

How to create a form in a button
This feature does not work for the VKontakte subscription page. The form will be added to the page automatically.
In this case, let's use the pop-up section.
Switch to the edit mode of the website page and find the "+" button to add the "Pop-up" section:

Then the section will be added to the site page:

Now you need to fill out the pop-up by clicking the corresponding button in the section:

Next, select the section you want to add to the pop-up — this is the "Form" section:

During clicking, the form will be added to the pop-up, and a window will open on the right to fill in the form content:

Now fill in the content of the form as described in the sections above.

You can add any number of sections to the pop-up, thereby creating a mini-site that opens when you click on the button.
Now we will specify the pop-up ID as a link in the button (the button can be any):

Next, go to the menu section (the header of the site page) and specify the pop-up value in the button with the link function:
Click on "Edit" in the required section (it can be either the "Menu" section or the "Buttons" section):

Then the right bar will open with content editing:

Next, create a button with the "Link" function:

Attention!
The action is "In the current window", otherwise the pop-up button will not open.

How to add a deal to MavibotCRM from the website
It only works if the Whatsapp channel or email is connected to the project: check if the client is in the database and add a new deal to him or a new client and a deal will be created for him.
If both channels are connected, a Whatsapp client is created!

Privacy policy
Adding a link to your privacy policy is easy and simpe:
turn on the checkboxes and add a link to the policy page or leave the default settings.

Display the Privacy policy
By default, these settings are disabled. To enable it, add a check mark in the Privacy Policy checkbox. You can also check whether it is necessary to put a check mark in the "I agree with the privacy policy" checkbox on the landing page. To do this, check the box in the landing page settings to "Display the checkbox immediately marked:"

Buttons
In this section, you can configure the display of buttons on the site.
Button style (drop-down menu)
Display buttons only with messenger icons (icon only) or add the name of the messenger (Icon with text).

You can also choose which buttons of messengers connected to Mavibot will be displayed on the site. To do this, tick in the checkboxes.
Attention!
If your project does not have connected channels, then the messenger buttons in the form will not be displayed.
The buttons of this form will take data from all forms of the site (a switch)
During creating a large page, you may need to use the data collection form with messenger buttons several times to switch to the bot. For convenience, this switch has been created so that data can be transmitted from any of the forms to the bot.
