Multi-page site feautures

If you create multi-page sites, you can set specific pages as the main page, and add certain pages to the site's header or footer.&#x20;

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/5qSGSZhnWQv6yOwsHa5g" alt="" width="563"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

For example, if you have created a custom **404 error page**, you can configure it to be displayed when site errors occur by setting it up in the site settings.

{% hint style="info" %}
Once you’ve assigned a footer and header, they will automatically appear on all other pages of the site — saving you from having to recreate the same header or footer on each page individually.
{% endhint %}

## Domain

When you create a site in the builder, it is automatically assigned a default domain with the [**mavibot.ai**](https://mavibot.ai/) extension. If you want to use a custom domain or already have one, you can configure it in the site settings under the **"Domain"** tab.

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/YDq6mc0rAOOzFqfOWavL" alt="" width="563"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

**ALIAS record**

The recommended option for your domain is an **ALIAS record** — a special DNS record that allows multiple domain names to point to the same IP address.

This record type links your domain to MaviBot and prevents issues if the IP address changes. In short, if MaviBot’s IP updates, your site will keep working because it isn’t hardcoded to a fixed IP.

You create the ALIAS record in the service where your domain is managed — it can be any domain provider or DNS platform you prefer.

{% hint style="info" %}
We recommend to review the domain setup instructions provided by your registrar to avoid any configuration errors.
{% endhint %}

Next, when setting up the domain, enter **mavibot.ai** in the value field.

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/kQ5jVMx51IVvUM8B1Jv0" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

{% hint style="danger" %}
At the same time, the domain connectяed to Mavibot should **not** have any **AAAA** or **CNAME** records.
{% endhint %}

After creating the ALIAS record with the value mavibot.ai, go to your website settings, where you need to set your custom domain.

**How to create an a record**

{% hint style="warning" %}
An **A record** should be created only as a fallback — specifically, if your domain registrar does not support ALIAS records.
{% endhint %}

An **A record** is created on the side of your domain provider.

Next, in the **Value** field, enter one of the following IP addresses depending on your target audience:

* **International:** `164.92.192.87`

After setting up the A record, wait for the changes to take effect (this may take some time due to DNS propagation). Once the record is active, you can proceed to connect your domain to Salebot.

{% hint style="danger" %}
If you see the error **"Failed to create certificate,"** it’s likely that too many attempts were made earlier. Please wait for an hour and try again.
{% endhint %}

That's it! All website links will now use your custom domain.

{% hint style="info" %}
The verified domain works across all websites you’ve created.
{% endhint %}

The domain will operate using the secure **HTTPS** protocol.

{% hint style="success" %}
An **SSL certificate** is generated automatically.
{% endhint %}

To disconnect the domain, simply remove it in the site settings.

If you see this error, try reconnecting the domain.

## Actions

In the website settings under the **"Actions"** tab, you have the option to delete the site from your project.

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/xMREKCblCUVTBjVajHug" alt="" width="563"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Note!**\
Sites are permanently deleted from the project and **cannot be restored!**
{% endhint %}

The checkbox **"Disallow site indexing"** means restricting search engines from adding your site's pages to their search index. As a result, your site will not appear in search results. This can be useful, for example, for temporary pages, pages under development, or pages containing confidential information.

The **"Hide label"** checkbox removes the "Made with MaviBot" text from the website footer.

{% hint style="success" %}
Salebot sincerely thanks all users who choose to keep the **"Made with MaviBot"** label on their websites!\
Your support helps us grow and improve!
{% endhint %}

The **HTML** and **CSS input fields** are intended for confident developers who want to add their own custom elements to the website using code. However, if you're not familiar with HTML and CSS, the intuitive settings in the builder will still allow you to create any website elements without needing programming skills.

{% hint style="info" %}
More details about HTML/CSS are provided in the section below. ссылка
{% endhint %}

## Site analytics

In the **"Analytics"** tab of the settings, you can configure tracking codes for collecting various data using **pixels**, and **Google Analytics**.

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/8Qxd35jqvaU6rrpFMCre" alt="" width="563"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

{% hint style="info" %}
A detailed explanation of how to work with Analytics on the website is provided in this article.
{% endhint %}

## Fonts & colors

Use the **Fonts & colors** tab to choose a background color for your whole site and pick colors for your content sections.

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/iMwgt0Wzy7DCmcriMuG6" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

By default, the background and containers are white. You can customize them with:

**A solid color:** click the **Eyedropper** icon to choose any color from the wheel.

**A gradient:** select a tile with your preferred gradient style.

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/k7cnXqPteFgHgW1yzQX4" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

You can also choose a global font for the entire website. This way, you won’t need to set the font in each individual section — perfect for maintaining a consistent site style.

In specific cases, even after setting a global font for the entire site, you can assign a unique font to any individual block (section). This is useful if you want to highlight that section and make it stand out from the rest.

If you didn’t find the font you need in the settings, you can upload your **own custom font** and, if desired, make it **public** (i.e., available to all users).
