Chat scenario

The chat script is necessary to create auto-webinars or broadcasts simulating customer activity during the broadcast.
To add an action, click on the "Add Action" button in the "Chat Script" section. After that, a form will open where you can configure the action. Let's take a closer look at it.
Action setup form
The type of action is a drop-down list with a choice of action: a message, a reaction, set the number of viewers, add viewers, banner visibility, button visibility, clear the chat.
Time from the start of the broadcast - here you specify the time from the start of your broadcast, after which the action will begin to be performed. The hours, minutes, and seconds are indicated.
The sender's name is a text field. Enter the name that will be displayed in the broadcast chat.
A message is a text field for entering a message that will be sent to the chat. The number of characters is limited. The message can have no more than 300 characters. Keep this point in mind when working with scripts.
An example of what will happen after adding the “Message” action. After 1 hour and 20 minutes from the start of the broadcast, Leonid will write to the chat “Tell us more about the constructor.”
Adding a reaction As a part of this feature, you can select emojis from the suggested list to send to the chat after a certain time after the start of the broadcast.
Adding the “Banner visibility” action It is the set time after the start of the broadcast when the specified banners will be displayed.
Adding the “Button visibility” action A button will be displayed after the set time after the broadcast starts.
You can work with the script both from the general broadcast settings and from the chat window itself when the broadcast is already active.
Editing the scenario during the broadcast
Before launching the auto-webinar, you need to create a script and specify the messages, names and time at which the messages will be sent. If you need to change the scenario at the moment when the broadcast is already underway, then this can be done in the broadcast chat settings without going to the main settings. All changes, namely saving, copying and deleting actions, will be applied to the main scenario in the broadcast settings and in the chat settings window.
After making the changes, you can save all the actions and the "Apply now" button will be available to you. In this case all previously set actions are checked. And if there are actions that have already been performed, they will be ignored. This will eliminate the possibility of duplication of actions in the chat. Only those actions that have not yet been performed as part of the current broadcast will be accepted for execution.
The "Apply now" button only works if the broadcast is online at the time of making the changes.
To clear the chat, use the function here:
Loading the scenario
When working with broadcasts and auto-seminars, you can not only create scenarios yourself, but also download them from a file if you have already created them.
The file is uploaded in the Scenario tab

To download, you can use scenarios uploaded to a file from other platform. You don't need to edit the file itself before uploading it. You just need to download it.
If the script is large, then wait for the notification of the successful loading of the scenario and refresh the page.
All actions from the file will be displayed in the general list. For convenience, scenarios with a large number of actions will be displayed page by page.
There will be no more than 50 actions per scenario page.
❗️When adding a new action to a multipage scenario, add it to the last page of your scenario.
