## **How the plans differ**

If you don’t have an active subscription, you can test the full functionality for free in the bot testing window. Keep in mind that the test environment doesn’t reflect all messenger specifics (button limits and so on).\
After creating a project, you get three days of full access (a trial format) with only one limitation — you cannot create mailings\*.

**The daily limit** during the trial period is 1 000 messages.

&#x20;Project backups are created WITHOUT a trial subscription. These backups can help you restore your project’s structure if needed. It is recommended to create them before making major changes to your project (for example, modifying the chatbot flow)

#### Number of messages

1. Additional message package - $ 9.90 per month (+ 1000)

#### Additional file storage

1. The cost of each additional 2 GB is $ 1.99 per project.
2. Max 198 GB additional Gb of file storage space $ 196.02 per month

#### Students

1. The number of students included in paid plans is up to 100.
2. Each additional 100 students costs $ 9.90 per month.
3. Unlimited students $ 207.80 per month.

#### Number of messengers

Each plan allows you to integrate one messenger of each type:

#### Project access (number of connected employees)

1. Additional employee access – $9,90 per month  (by default, 2 included in the plans);
2. Unlimited employees $ 198 per month.

## Subscription payment

**Payment is made for a specific project**, not for your Mavibot account.

Please be careful and check which project you are in when generating the payment link.

To pay for a subscription, go to the “Payment” section in the project settings:

Select a plan and additional services if needed:

The cost calculator will show the total amount and the selected services. Click **Pay** to proceed to the payment page

After payment, the subscription will be automatically renewed.

{% hint style="warning" %} <mark style="color:orange;">**IMPORTANT NOTES:**</mark>

You can either pay for a new plan for a full month or upgrade your plan along with any additions  before the current plan expires.

**To upgrade a plan, you need to enable the “Pay extra” switch**. Only in this case, if the conditions of your current plan change, the new conditions will apply **until the end of the current plan period** after paying for the changes.

If your <mark style="color:orange;">**plan or its additions are changed**</mark> and the <mark style="color:red;">**Pay extra**</mark> switch is <mark style="color:red;">**OFF**</mark> when generating the payment link, the new plan conditions <mark style="color:orange;">**WILL TAKE EFFECT FROM THE PAYMENT DATE**</mark>.

The remaining days of the previously paid plan will be reset, and the new plan with the updated conditions will start immediately.

## Change your current plan or additions

After paying for a plan, you can upgrade it or purchase additional messengers, daily message limits, and employees slots for the project until the end of the paid period.

To do this, go to the Plans section -> Additional options -> and enable the "Pay extra" toggle.

To do this, go to **Plans** → **Plan Additions** → and enable the P**ay extra** switch.

After that, you can upgrade the plan and add all necessary additions. The calculator will show the total amount to pay, taking into account the remaining period of the current subscription.

### Auto-renewal

If auto-renewal is enabled, the subscription fee will be automatically charged 3 days before the CURRENT subscription ends. The amount will correspond to the project settings at the time of the auto-payment (daily message limit, number of messengers, and team members).

&#x20;After the first payment, **enable** the Auto-renewal for messages switch to ensure the **bot keeps running** if the subscription expires or the daily message limit is reached.

*If the bot stops and the plan is reactivated, you will need to manually restart any automated message sequences, and any running mailings will be stopped.*

If you **do not plan** to pay for a specific project, the switch should remain **off**
