Online course plans
You can accept payments for online courses in Mavibot either through a chatbot or through the course page. It is worth noting that you can set up both payment acceptance options for a single course.
During selling online courses, it is an important task to set the right pricing plans. A well-chosen price not only attracts the attention of potential students, but also provides a steady income for the course author.
From a technical point of view, setting up pricing plans on Mavibot platform does not imply difficulty in installing payment systems or stable programming knowledge. A connected payment system and configured modules (lessons) in an online course are sufficient.
Let's move on to the setup.
Creating pricing plan
After creating the course, go to the appropriate "Pricing plan" tab:
You will go to the "Pricing Plan" tab in the course settings, where the basic free pricing plan already exists:

You cannot delete the basic free pricing plan that exists in the default course until you create one or more pricing plans for the course.

If no payment system is connected to your project, the paid pricing plans will not be displayed on the course page.
To create a new pricing plan, click on the button of the same name:

Then you will go to the pricing plan setup form, which looks like this:
Input fields
Pricing plan name is a text field for the name that will be displayed on the course page.
The pricing plan description is a text field that supports formatting text, creating lists, and adding links. You can make a description at your discretion.
Pricing plan cost is a field for entering the cost of the course.
You can set the pricing plan cost not only in Russian rubles, but also use other currencies:
Make a discount - is a checkbox to display the discount and the final cost of the course on the page:
Access settings for lessons (modules)
After creating and editing modules and lessons on the course, they will be automatically displayed in the pricing settings:
For each individual tariff, you can select the necessary modules and lessons, for example, depending on the content of your online course or the cost.
For example, you can include additional lessons and modules in the most expensive tariff, and leave the essence in the basic one:
Pay attention!
If you have not selected any lessons or modules, the pricing plan will not be displayed on the promo page of the course, as well as on the website!
Date and time access settings
In the pricing plan settings, it is possible to limit access periods to the pricing plan and the lessons and/or modules included in it:
By the number of days
In the "Access period" field, enter the number of days/weeks/months during which lessons (modules) will be available on this pricing plan:
Until a certain date
There is also an option in the settings to restrict access to the pricing plan and lessons in it UNTIL a certain date:
To restrict access to a specific date, select the appropriate date of the month in the calendar, as well as certain hours:
Unlimited access
"Unlimited" checkbox allows students of your course to access the training materials at any time after paying the pricing plan:

There is a feature in the pricing plan settings that displays the pricing plan you created only after a certain date:
In this case, on the promo page of the course, the pricing plan you created will start paying only after the date you set:

During setting up a pricing plan, you can freeze course access for your students:
Step-by-step access
Using the "Step-by-step access to lessons/modules" checkbox, the student will proceed to the subsequent stages of learning only after completing the previous module or lesson:
If it is necessary, you can apply this setting only to specific lists or labels.
Step-by-step access to lessons/modules can be set after:
Completing homework: then the next lesson/module will open after completing the homework:
After a certain period of time:
Each subsequent lesson in the course will open only after the expiration of the number of days specified in the "Every n days" field.
By lesson availability date:
To make this setting work in the pricing plan, go to the lesson settings:

Hide Homework
The "Hide homework" checkbox will not display your homework in the pricing plan you are creating:
It can only be used for certain labels/lists of students.

You will need the "Add payment link" field if you need to use your own payment link through the services that are necessary for you.
