Selling courses on the promo page

The integration of payment systems with Mavibot allows you to sell your courses directly on the promo page, which greatly simplifies the process of paying and enrolling in the course for users (customers).

In this article, we will take a detailed look at the technical aspects of setting up sales on the course page, namely:

  1. Available payment systems;

  2. Setting up the "Payment" section: - where to find the section; - what does each field mean;

  3. We will show the client's steps during paying and registering as students for your course.

Choosing a payment system

To connect the required service, go to the appropriate section "Payment systems" located in the project settings:

Next, in the "Payment systems" section, you will see the services marked "Available in courses":

Each payment system has its own connection features, the description and detailed instructions of which are available in the Mavibot documentation.

To find an article on the selected payment system:

б) alternatively, click on "connect" on the service bar in the "Payment systems" section in the project settings:

After clicking on the required button, a modal form window opens, where there is already a link to an article with your chosen payment system:

After connecting the payment service, go to the course settings.

Creating an online course involves your personal expenditure of resources on structuring information, its design, presentation, as well as other technical settings.

To receive the necessary and commensurate payment for your knowledge from students, there is a setting of tariffs and payment acceptance both on the course page and via the chatbot.

Course Settings

To set up payments in courses and select the appropriate payment system, you need to find the "Payments" section.

To start, click on the "Overview" button to display the course information page:

To go to the course settings in the relevant sections, click on the "Set course" button of the same name:

Redirect after payment

After making a payment by the user, you can redirect him to the page you need using this field:

Emails about successful payments

You can send emails to a specific employee in the payment settings:

Select the email address to which you want to send emails about successful payments:

Payment services in online courses

In online courses, you can select and immediately connect any payment system available in the section:

To do this, just click on the required payment system, and then a modal window for connecting the service will open, if you have not previously configured it in the "Payment systems" section:

After selecting the payment service, specify the tax system and tax rate in the field in the cash register:

In order for a student of your course to buy any pricing plan, they just need to go to the course page:

On the page, your user will be able to get acquainted with the course program, with the lessons available on each pricing plan, as well as with the rates for pricing plan:

To buy your course, the user just needs to click on the "Buy course" button next to the selected pricing plan:

Next, the customer will automatically go to the page with the order form, where they will need to provide his data:

After filling out the order form, your customer, during clicking on "Proceed to payment", will go to the order page, where he will be able to verify the correctness of the completed data, as well as correct any typos, if any:

To correct a typo in the name, email, or phone number, the user just needs to click on the pencil icon located opposite the corresponding field:

After the user is convinced of the correctness of the entered data, he will have to pay for his order:

The customer will pay for the order on the official page of the payment service, which will significantly increase the trust of your customers during making payments.
