# Course reviews

Your students can leave their comments and ratings right inside courses, indicating the places where it is most appropriate. This allows customers to share their opinions about the content, teaching methods, quality of materials, and more.

## How to create a feedback form

The feedback feature will help you better understand the needs and expectations of students, as well as respond quickly to problems or shortcomings that are discovered. This makes the training more personalized and tailored to the needs of your customers.

To create a review form, click on the button of the same name:

Then you will go to the feedback form settings:

## Main settings

The following fields are available in the main settings:

1. The name of the form. This field is only seen by an administrator in a project, it will help to distinguish a form from other similar ones;
2. The form header.

3. The subtitle of the form:

You can select the display after the entire course, as well as simultaneously after any moment of completion of any stage of your training.

## Form questions

There are several types of questions of the form:

1. Type of grade

There are three types of grades: five-point, three-point, and two-point.

If necessary, you can select the option for displaying fields with answers:

* Choosing one option;
* Drop-down list;
* A choice of several options.

3. The text field

When selecting this type of review, an empty field remains in the form, in which the student can leave a more detailed review:
