## Déplacement avec envoi d’un message

Pour déplacer des clients vers un autre bloc, vous devez sélectionner le bloc en cliquant dessus dans la section « Workflow », puis cliquer sur « Créer un mailing » dans les paramètres

Le formulaire de mailing s’ouvrira ; vous devrez alors filtrer les clients à déplacer

Par exemple, vous pouvez cocher les blocs que vous devez déplacer

## Déplacement sans envoi d’un message

Il existe deux façons de procéder :

1. Modifier temporairement le texte en *#{none}* puis le remettre comme avant après le déplacement
2. Créer un clone du bloc avec toutes les connexions et avec le texte *#{none}* à partir duquel le workflow se poursuivra avec le reste
