TikTok auto‑replies

We’ve built TikTok automation that removes the need for manual replies to comments or DMs — everything happens automatically, without any coding or technical setup.

Now you can set up TikTok auto‑replies through a simple, intuitive interface — without creating separate blocks, functions, or methods. This reduces the number of logic chains and minimizes errors as your project scales.

To start setting up messenger automation, follow the steps below. Hover over “Builder” in the left‑hand menu.

A pop‑up menu will appear. Select the TikTok section. If the channel isn’t connected yet, you’ll see a button to set up the integration.

The “Connect” button appears when no TikTok accounts are connected.

After connecting the integration, go back to the section and click “Add automation.”

The “Add automation” button appears when a TikTok account is already connected.

In the automation setup tab, you can configure auto‑replies for video comments or direct messages.

You can choose where to apply the automation: to all connected accounts or to a specific TikTok account.

Next, choose the type of auto‑reply:

  • Comment reaction — an automatic reply to a comment under a video.

  • Message reaction — an automatic reply to a direct message.

Message reaction

If you want to set up a reaction in DMs, enable the “Enable message reaction” checkbox.

The settings fields for the direct‑message reply will appear.

Bot reaction settings

Bot reaction settings are where you specify the words or phrases — the triggers (keywords) — that the bot should respond to.

For example, you specify the keywords that should trigger a specific reply.

If a customer writes one of the specified keywords — for example “Link”, “Price”, or “Sale” — in a direct message, the bot will send the configured reply. If they write anything else, no response will be sent.

Please note

If you select “React to all keywords,” the bot will send an auto‑reply to any message a user sends you in direct messages.

Add action

To add a customer to a list or assign a tag (or remove them from a list or remove a tag), click “+ Add action” in the reaction settings.

Next, select an action.

And then select the corresponding list or label.

Depending on the action you choose (add / remove), the customer will be added to the list or removed from it (the same applies to tags) when they message you in the direct messages.

Message setup

Now you need to write the text of the reply message that will be sent to the customer as the bot’s reaction.

Then enter the button text.

Subscription check

To check whether the customer who messaged you is subscribed, simply enable the “Check subscription” toggle.

If the customer is not subscribed, they will receive the message you specify here.

Then enter the required message or keep the default text.

Now, when a customer writes to you in direct messages and wants to receive, for example, a bonus, the bot will first check their subscription.

Message after subscription check

After the subscription is verified, the customer will receive the final message.

You can enter your own text here and include any links you need.

Reaction to a comment

To enable comment reactions, activate the “Enable comment reactions” checkbox.

Now you need to configure how the bot will react to comments.

Trigger words the bot will respond to with a reply comment

If you want the bot to reply to all comments under the video, leave the field empty. If you want it to respond only to specific keywords, enter them in the input field.

Now you can add different variants of reply comments.
