Emails for email campaigns can be assembled according to your design using blocks.

<figure><img src="/files/TN5gjLOPt3ggdLbCsI0m" alt="" width="563"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Texts, buttons, messengers, images, as well as tools for block customization — this is a completely new level of design.

Forget boring templates — build unique, branded emails with Mavibot.

## Sections (blocks) for emails

You can find the email builder under the “Emails” tab when creating an email mailing:

<figure><img src="/files/lKMt1IA9alnAtqclVKIz" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

In the builder, you will see a blank canvas where you can insert the following blocks (sections):

1. Image
2. Text
3. Empty block
4. Button
5. &#x20;Social media&#x20;
6. HTML block

In addition, the blocks can be combined with each other — for example, you can add multiple email elements within a single section.

<figure><img src="/files/gjM8HUbKsPkM8aNMpT95" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Each block includes general display settings for the section, such as:

1. Inner padding;
2. Border;
3. Border radius;&#x20;
4. Background.

<figure><img src="/files/thA2TE29WhIhHE0HW91e" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Let’s start by reviewing the settings available for each section. Then, we’ll walk through an example to show how you can customize multiple different blocks within a single section.

### Image

To add an image, go to the menu on the right side of the screen. There, you’ll find an icon that allows you to upload an image when clicked:

<figure><img src="/files/P41skUhtEbnfmpA3WYbu" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

When you click the button, you’ll see that the section has been added to the email:

<figure><img src="/files/jD6LqvUy8hdhtTWDqkn5" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

To add an image, go to the corresponding tab and upload the file you need either from your device:

<figure><img src="/files/oKYAI2qBtbtwqDzKkJWf" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Next, you’ll see that the image has been added to the section:

<figure><img src="/files/PV472pDk6vgGkP7WwJxn" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

You can turn the image into a button-like element so that when recipients click on it in the email, they’ll be redirected to a specific page.

To do this, simply enter the desired link into the provided field:

<figure><img src="/files/q8H01du2uaRUW8x9pj8k" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### Text

A text block can be added either within a section that contains an image (or any other block), or as a separate block on its own.

{% hint style="warning" %}
Attention!

Changing fonts is not available.
{% endhint %}

1. To add text inside a section—such as one with an image—hover over the image block (or any other block on the right) and look for the "+" icon:

<figure><img src="/files/oXZgFJXeJWxXdY0H0xME" alt="" width="299"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Next, click the plus icon, and a dropdown menu with block options will appear:

<figure><img src="/files/0ZLlycrHgA1OslX8py1j" alt="" width="250"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

As you can see, the text block has been added inside the section that already contains an image:

<figure><img src="/files/DDKOKU1bQcKnYlJWRFav" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

{% hint style="info" %}
Pay attention!

You can add up to four content elements (blocks) within a single section.
{% endhint %}

2. To add a separate section in the email with a text block (or any other block), hover over the left side of the screen and find the "+" icon in the quick actions menu:

<figure><img src="/files/TJBQQ15EOlFpPL2JMbcD" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Next, click the plus icon and select the section you want to add:

<figure><img src="/files/DZ6e0lv1rb2HdW3TJc3U" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

A new section with a text block will then be added:

<figure><img src="/files/ZU1BC6xLS022ALh8vmrm" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

To edit, click on the text, and a toolbar with settings—similar to those in any text editor—will appear above.

<figure><img src="/files/Cjswg2SY4Y6UsggzwGwL" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

In the toolbar above the text block, you can apply bold, italic, and underline formatting:

<figure><img src="/files/PjQNduw5TVuFJko4k9OH" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

You can also format the text as a list, add a link, and align it to the left, right, or center.

To adjust the font size, line height, spacing, and color, go to the "Text" block settings in the menu on the right:

<figure><img src="/files/Vm4oFfnmq5wx1ljyc9aX" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### Button&#x20;

A button block is added in the same way as any other block: it can be placed as a separate section or inside an existing section with other elements:

<figure><img src="/files/OZdFxfRNu4lOVYH84Q7D" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

You can insert a link to any required page into the button.:

<figure><img src="/files/I37K5ZW8w4VrM2rxM0b3" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

To change the text, click the text field inside the button:

<figure><img src="/files/9piE99W9HDkdj8fMk8aS" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Then, enter the desired text:

<figure><img src="/files/n3i9OcP5VbxwI8PZLUC1" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

To change the button size, locate the field with arrows in the menu:

<figure><img src="/files/S9wUBWbYr8I67AKg0gdk" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Next, set the required size by entering a numeric value — the field accepts values in pixels.&#x20;

To change the button alignment (center, left, or right), use these settings:

<figure><img src="/files/jmFYTovEJVdiK62032UK" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

The menu also contains a field for changing the button color:

<figure><img src="/files/r6o7ZPc27OicT8CHMN1k" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### "Social Media" Buttons

In the email, you can also add buttons that will redirect recipients to the social media platforms connected to your project:

<figure><img src="/files/scaHGdQdZxDi4nPedxd3" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

In the block settings, you can choose which specific channel you want to redirect your clients to:

<figure><img src="/files/kHxBKEuMHGblGoluLwuQ" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

The settings menu also includes a style option for social media buttons:

<figure><img src="/files/aDKdjAb5zTE3u2ILe1XW" alt="" width="563"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

1. Standard: uses the original style of messenger icons:

<figure><img src="/files/9OB3kknWu3hyw9MOq8CQ" alt="" width="326"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

2. with border: transparent icons with a border color matching the standard colors of the corresponding messenger.

<figure><img src="/files/xnK74EUVN5Q7PIl1nUvM" alt="" width="371"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

3. Monochrome: icons displayed in a single color scheme.

<figure><img src="/files/qdQfr9P74oPp5h8f7ZG8" alt="" width="365"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

To round the corners of the icons, enter the desired numeric value in pixels into the "Rounded corners" field:

<figure><img src="/files/Hs41t0IA9YUmbAC32A9u" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

## Block Settings Inside a Section

Each element within a section has the same settings for padding, borders, and background.&#x20;

You can configure a block separately from each element, as well as choose:

### Element Padding

You can adjust the element’s padding in the corresponding fields:

<figure><img src="/files/xlYHGULzmA3I7wGsHZrZ" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

These paddings refer specifically to the position of the content block relative to its border.

### Border (Inner)

A section contains two borders that can be customized: the outer border (for the entire section) and the inner border (for the image or other elements).

{% hint style="info" %}
Instructions on how to edit the outer section border can be found in the "General Section Settings" -> Border section. ссылка "[Рамка](#ramka)"
{% endhint %}

The inner border surrounding the content block can be customized with any color, thickness, as well as specific borders to highlight and the desired line style:
