Branch settings

The 'Services' section enables you to create a digital branch of your organization and automate client appointment bookings through your website or chatbot — 24/7, even when your managers are offline.

What functionality is available in the “Services” section?

  • Create and manage services already offered by your organization — with flexible price and duration settings;

  • Automatically generate employee schedules based on your custom criteria;

  • Set up an online booking widget for your MaviBot-based website or third-party landing pages;

  • Use the built-in AI assistant to handle client bookings directly through the chatbot;

How to configure online booking?

First, you need to configure your branch with the available services and assign those services to the employees who will provide them to your clients.

How to create a branch

  1. If you haven’t created any branches before:

When you open the 'Services' section for the first time and no branches have been created yet, a modal window will appear prompting you to enter the branch name, address, and select the currency that will be used to display prices in the bot and on the website widget.

Enter the branch name and address:

Now, when you go to the "Services" section, you will see the created branch with its name and address.

  1. If a branch already exists in the "Services" section:

If a branch already exists in the "Services" section but you need to create a new one, hover over the top menu and click the "Create a new branch" button.

Click "Create new branch", and a modal window will open for you to fill in the necessary information about the branch:

Then click "Save". Now your branches will be displayed in the top menu.

Edit branch information / Delete branch

To edit the main information about a branch (such as its address or name) or to delete it, you need to go to the branch that requires changes or removal.

To do this, expand the dropdown list of branches and click on the one whose information you want to update.

Next, find the settings button and click on it.

A modal window will then open, allowing you to edit the branch information or delete the branch:

In the “Branch Name” and/or “Address” fields, update the information, then click “Save”. The changes will be applied and saved.

To delete the branch, type “Confirm” in the branch deletion field.

How to create services

To enable client bookings, you need to add the services you offer.

Each service belongs to a specific category, so first you need to create a service category. After creating a branch, you will see the "Create Category" button.

You won’t be able to create a service without creating a category.

Creating a servise category

To create a new category, click the "Create category" button in the center of the screen (see above). A pop-up window will appear — in the "Category name" field, enter a clear and convenient name to help organize your services.

For example, the category "Dance" might include the service "Folk Dance," or the category "Yoga" might include the service "Aerial Yoga," and so on.

Once you’ve entered the category name, click “Create” The new category will be added to the Services section — you can now start adding services to it.

You can add as many service categories as you want. To do this, find the "Add Category" button on the right side of the screen:

After you’ve added the required number of categories, you can proceed to creating services:

Creating services

To create a service, click the "Create" button located on the right side of the screen:

Next, a modal window will open with all the service settings:

  1. Service name

The service name is displayed in the bot (including AI-based bots) and in the widget.

  1. Service category

Helps assign the created service to one of the categories.

  1. Capacity

The number of people who can book your service at the same time (i.e., simultaneously).

Suitable for group bookings.

  1. Service cost and duration

The service cost is displayed in the online booking widget. The chatbot shows the price in the currency you selected when creating the branch.

  1. Service duration

Set in hours and minutes.

  1. Service description

Add an engaging description of your service, clearly outlining its main features and what makes it special.

  1. Service fulfillment period

The "Service fulfillment period" checkbox defines the time intervals during which the service will be available for booking:

In other words, you can set time intervals during which your clients can book your service.

The hours defined in the "Service fulfillment period" settings will be available for booking via the bot or widget. If this setting is not configured, clients can book the service during any of the employee’s working hours at your branch.

  1. Intervals between online bookings

If the capacity is set to 1, you can add intervals between each client booking — for example, if you do not specify the service fulfillment period:

This helps set a break time between clients for the employee.For example, if the service duration is one hour and the interval between online bookings is 10 minutes, the first client books a slot at 9:00. The next available appointment will then be at 10:10 — one hour and ten minutes later.

  1. Checkbox: "Enable online booking"

This helps not only display available services but also allows clients to book online.

After filling in the necessary service fields, click the "Add" button. You can add any number of services within a category:

You can view the service duration, cost, and capacity, and if needed, edit or delete the service. To do this, hover over the three dots in the service row and select an action.
