How to add employees
After setting up the Bookings tab, go to the Specialists tab:

Here you need to create a performer: click the button with the same name, after which a modal window for adding a performer will open.

Select the type of employee:
Staff employee

First, add users in the "Employees" section:

Next, select the employee who will provide the services:

Then, enter the employee’s name:

The “Employee Name” field is required — this ensures that the employee’s email won’t be displayed in the online booking if you didn’t specify the employee’s name when adding them in the “Employees” section.
Enter a description of the employee and add a photo if needed&
Next, click "Save."
Freelance employee
The difference between a full-time and a freelance employee is that a freelance employee does not need to be added to the project.

Enter the freelance employee’s name and add a description, if needed. Then click "Save." Now, you can assign services to your employees.

How to edit employee information

To edit an employee’s information, click on the desired employee in the performers list.
Next, in the "Basic Information" section, edit the employee’s name, description, and photo.
Be sure to click the "Save" button to apply the changes. In the same section, you can also delete the employee.
Note!
If an employee already has client appointments in the schedule, you won’t be able to delete them. To prevent clients from booking with that employee, remove their future work schedule and assigned services. Once the employee has completed all appointments, you will be able to delete them.
How to assign services
To assign services to an employee, click on the employee you want to assign the service to. Then go to the Services tab in the employee’s settings.

Next, click the "Add products" button.
In the modal window that opens, select the services the employee will provide.

You can select either an entire category of services or just a single service.
Then click “Save”, and the assigned services will be displayed in the Services section of the employee’s settings.
Done! Now you know how to assign services to any employee in a branch.
How to set a work schedule
To view appointments and employee schedules in the Calendar section, you need to set up a work schedule for each employee.
To do this, go to the Working hours tab in the employee’s settings.

Next, you’ll see a template for automatically filling in the schedule, as well as a timetable where you can manually set working hours.
To set a work schedule for several weeks ahead, fill out the template:

Scheedule:
Set the working days and days off.

The date from which the schedule should start:

If the performer works from Monday to Friday (a standard work week), you should set the start date from Monday.
Work hours

How many weeks in advance to set the schedule:

Click the “Fill and Save Schedule” button — this will apply the schedule to the selected employee. If you need to add extra working hours or remove specific hours, you can use the timetable below to manually adjust the schedule.

Done! Now you know how to set up services and assign performers in the Services section.
